On Thursday October 15th, the musical minds of Rustbelt Studios will be putting on their DJ hats… spinning their favorite records & giving us a peek at their one-of-a-kind playlists.
$5 big cans of icy cold Sapporo and $5 chilled Gekkeikan Sake too! 10pm-2am
If you haven’t been to Ronin yet, you must not like darn good sushi or Kobe beef sliders. So we’re going to pretend you didn’t say that. The intimate little upstairs hideaway called The Study is a great place for a Thursday night mini-party. It’s sponsored by Detroit-area promoters On The Rocks Detroit. You’ve never heard of Rustbelt Studios, you say? They’re home base for dozens of great Detroit artist in the past 5 years. Kid Rock, Sponge, D12, Lola Morales, the Detroit Cobras, Electric Six, the Deadstring Bros., THE GO (my fave), Millions of Brazilians, Audra Kubat, Grayling, The High Strung…give ‘em a listen.
Cool music, cool studio, cool lounge..this is kind of a no-brainer, guys. Bring on that Friday morning hangover!
