I’m sorry. But this story was too good to keep secret. Underground Dinner Clubs have been popping up quite a bit on both the East + West coasts for a few years now. Being called everything from: “Gourmet Dinner Club” — “Dining Club” — “Occasional Supper Club” — “Underground Restaurant” etc. However,.. this is the first time i’ve seen anything like this in the area. By sharing the cost with their guests, amateur chefs are able to experiment in ways no restaurant could financially sustain. Matching the wine to the menu, finding the perfect balance of people and interests, programming the ulitmate gourmet soundtrack, underground dinner clubs offer a uniquely intimate evening of taste, conversation and experience.
Great job! How about an Urbane Dinner Club with guest chefs from around town?… Sounds good to me.
