Smoothie Sensation!

ON THE GO !?!?!??  How about a fruit smoothie packed with vitamins anti-oxidants, and a great taste!  Seriously folks this is so simple to make and you can have for breakfast or in between your main meals.  Here is what you will need:

Frozen Choconana

Chocolate-Banana shake

****Women use 1/2 the amount of Protein powder (1 scoop is plenty)

  • 12 oz. Water
  • 1-4 ice cubes
  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder

Chocoberry Surge

  • 1 to 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
  • 6 to 8 ounces of water
  • 4 to 6 ice cubes
  • 8 strawberries
  • Mix in a blender on medium for 1 minute. Pour into a tall glass. Enjoy!


Fruitopics Galore:

blueberry shake

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit-blueberry,pinapple,strawberry
  • 1/2 cup whole grain cereal (fiber one is yummy)
  • 1/2 large bananna
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup water (add more if you want it thinner)
  • Mix in a blender serve, and enjoy!

Mocha Madness:

shake-chocolate mocha

  • 6 oz. water
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 6 oz.. coffee*
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 12 oz. coffee if you want that extra pre-workout or morning kick!
