Chili for Chilly times…

Here is a hot hearty chili recipe that contains lots of protein, low in fat, and will warm you up!

Here is what you’ll need :

2lbs lean ground turkey meat
2 large onions chopped
garlic (use as needed)
3 14.5 oz cans whole peeled tomatoes w/liquid
1 tsp pepper
4tbsp olive oil
1 chili pepper (for extra zest)
1/2 tbsp (again for that zest!)
2tbsp paprika
2tbsp dried oregano
dash of cinnamon/honey is optional for a bit of sweetness

white/red/kidney beans optional

Brown your turkey meat on stovetop (medium heat) with onions and oil. In a separate pot combine all the other ingredients and let it simmer for 45-60min. Combine/Serve to your liking and Enjoy!
