Utilities are not included but you do get FREE High Speed Wireless Internet! (Urbane on Willis does NOT offer free WiFi)

Urbane is 110% pet friendly! NO PET FEES...NO PET DEPOSITS...NO BREED OR SIZE RESTRICTIONS!

You can choose short term leasing as well!! 3, 6 or 9 months...there is a ONE TIME non-refundable fee of $500 for the short term but you can get that back if you end up staying 18 months or more.

A $300 Hold Fee is all you need to secure you're new apartment so bring your checkbook or credit card!
